Build Plates

Choose your build plate at no extra cost. The build plate affects the finish on the bottom surface of your print.

Hologram Build Plate

Produces a unique holographic/rainbow shimmer pattern on the bottom surface of your print. Great for display pieces and decorative items.

Textured PEI Build Plate

Creates a subtle matte textured finish on the bottom surface. Excellent bed adhesion and easy part removal. The go-to for most prints.

Non-Textured (Smooth) PEI Build Plate

Delivers a smooth, glossy bottom surface. Ideal for parts where a clean, flat base matters.

Engineering Build Plate

Designed for high-temp and engineering materials (PC, PA, ABS). Superior adhesion at elevated bed temperatures for demanding prints.

FAQ

What file types do you accept?

STEP/IGES preferred. STL and 3MF also accepted.

Do you support multi-color or multi-material?

Yes — up to 16 colors on select printers. Dual-nozzle multi-material also available.

What tolerances can you hold?

Depends on geometry, material, and orientation. We offer test coupons for critical fits.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Discounts apply at 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100+ units.

How do I get a quote?

Upload your STL at our instant quote tool. $15 minimum per order.

What build plates are available?

We offer Hologram, Textured PEI, Non-Textured (Smooth) PEI, and Engineering build plates — all at no extra cost. The build plate determines the finish on the bottom surface of your print.

Which build plate should I choose?

Textured PEI is the default and works great for most prints. Choose Smooth PEI for a glossy bottom, Hologram for decorative/display pieces, or Engineering for high-temp materials like PC, ABS, or Nylon.

Does the build plate affect print quality?

The build plate only affects the bottom surface finish and bed adhesion. The rest of the print quality is determined by material, layer height, and print settings.
